How can I enter my 529 contributions for 2022, so that these contributions (limited to $10,000) will be subtracted as an adjustment to NYS income? In prior years, I was able enter these values. In this year's version of TurboTax Deluxe, I am not able to enter these contributions.

I'm not specifically familiar with your state software. The following is a "generic" answer.

There is no federal deduction for making a contribution to a 529 plan, so It is not entered in the federal section of TT. Some states allow a deduction on the state return. If your state is one, it will come up in the state interview; usually in the "Here's how (your state) handles income differently" section. For some other states. it’s at credits and taxes.

In prior years, TurboTax Deluxe used to ask for the adjustments in the NYS tax interview, but now TurboTax Deluxe only informs me that my College Tuition Savings Contributions are zero for 2022. This is very frustrating.

It turns out that you can enter the 529 contributions from a summary/additional items page near the end of the NYS filing. This is well after being shown that TurboTax Deluxe assigned zero to the current year 529 contributions based on information from the federal return.

It would have been helpful to read a sentence indicating that NYS adjustments to federal income can eventually be made before completing the NYS return.
