      <description>&lt;P&gt;A dependent living out-of-state to attend school is&lt;STRONG&gt; treated as if they lived at home&lt;/STRONG&gt; during that time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That is only a "Temporary Absence" from the home.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Consider that time as time in your home.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
