If you did not receive Form 1098-T and are not claiming the credit on Form 8863 then you should delete the Form. A simple way to delete the Form is to use the Tools menu option which is on your left menu bar. See steps below:

Choose Tools
Delete a Form
Look for Form 8863 in the list of Forms and click delete

Also, revisit the Education section under Deductions & Credits to remove any information that was accidentally entered. Below are the steps:

Open TurboTax and sign in.
Select Deductions & Credits then Review/Edit.
Choose Education then Expenses and Scholarships (Form 1098-T). ...
Follow the instructions to enter your expenses.

The 1098-T is only an informational document. The numbers on it are not required to be entered onto your tax return. However receipt of a 1098-T frequently means you are either eligible for a tuition credit or possibly your student has taxable scholarship income.

If you have neither, just don't enter the 1098-T.
