      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your mom is claiming you as a dependent, you should enter your 1098-T on her tax return. She is the one who will get any credit or deduction that you might be eligible for from paying qualified education expenses out of pocket or with loans.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you had scholarship or grant awards that paid for non qualified expenses such as room and board, you would also enter the 1098-T on your tax return because that income is taxable on your return.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
