      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Lifetime Leaning Credit (LLC) is non-refundable. It can only be used to offset your tax liability.&amp;nbsp; Once you tax is reduce to 0, non of the "left over" LLC is sent to you.&amp;nbsp; It is simply lost.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
