No, you do not need for your daughter to file her amended return before filing yours.

You can file your amended return at any time, and the IRS will link the two amended returns when they process them.

You do not need for your daughter to file her amended return before you file your original return. The IRS will process your return without trying to match it to hers. But, she does need to amend as soon as her original return is processed. The IRS matching will come later.
