Why is TurboTax Amend locking in $0 for Tuition and enrollment fees but not books/material, when the tuition fees is the portion I need to amend?

Attempting to Amend 2019 filing to enter my 1098-T information. I can alter the books/materials purchased from school but I cannot edit Tuition and Enrollment fees. It is set at $0 with no edit box like the other areas.

When I click on the highlighted portion it says "You entered this amount earlier" This is incorrect as I never entered it while amending. And cannot find any area inside the 1098-T section to alter this number from its current $0 amount

Go through the entire education interview until you reach a screen titled "Your Education Expenses Summary". Click edit next to the student's name. That should take you to a screen “Here’s your Education Summary”. Click edit next to the section you want to change; tuition, in your case (click edit next to the school name).
