Cannot enter 1098-T information

I am trying to complete our tax return and have a son still in college. I can enter in amounts for books and other expenses, however the 1098-T entry shows $0 and does not have a box to enter/change. I have attempted to search, jump to, etc. but I get the same results. When I click the text hyperlink next to the $0 (Tuition and Enrollment Fees) the help text states that I have entered the amount earlier. I have not, which is why it is $0. How can I correct this? Is this a bug?

It is a bug.

Go through the entire education interview until you reach a screen titled "Your Education Expenses Summary". Click edit next to the student's name. That should take you to a screen “Here’s your Education Summary”. Click edit next to the section you want to change; tuition, in your case (click edit next to the school name).

will not allow me to enter tuition amount from 1098-T. I tried to go back and change student, starting over, but it will not allow me to edit, delete or add a student now. How do I get the value in?

Please follow the instructions here to delete the 1098, then readd it within Turbo Tax.
