I went to a university in Spring, and Summer, but did classes at a community college for Fall. I want to go ahead and file but I only have my 1098-T from the university. You will want to wait until you have receive both 1098-T because once you transmit your return you cannot change it or get it back. You would have to wait until your return gets rejected or accepted.

If rejected, you can make your changes or add information to your return.

If accepted, you would need to amend your return to correct or add information to your return.

The federal amend form is set to be available on 2/11/2016. You will want to wait until after your original payment or refund has cleared to submit amend forms, so you don't cause a delay in your original tax return .
