I do not remember if I went to school in 2018 and it is asking me for Form 1098-T for 2018

A1098T would have been issued by the school you attended. So search your memory a little harder for whether you were in school two years ago. TurboTax cannot import a 1098T--you have to get it from the school. What are you trying to do--are you working on a 2018 tax return? If so--you have to use 2018 software--you cannot use the online program for a 2018 return.

Schools have access to the 1098-T online ... log in and see when you attended.
