To report Education Expenses -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Deductions and Credits
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Education
On Expenses and Scholarships (Form 1098-T), click on the start or update button

Or enter education expenses in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to education expenses

It doesn't work. I entered one 1098-T, but now I can't add any more, nor get that one back. When I click on "Update", it brings me immediately to "Now Let's Gather Abigail's Additional Education Expenses". I have not entered Abigail's 1098T, so when I come to the page that says "Enter Abigail's Education Expenses", it says $0 for "Tuition and Enrollment Fees". I can send screenshots if you want. I am using the TurboTax Deluxe that comes on the CD that I bought at Costco.

Go ahead and click through those screens. You can edit your tuition amounts or add another 1098-T from the Education Summary Page, try these steps:

When you are signed into your tax return, you can type 1098-t into the search bar at the top of the page and click on the Jump to 1098-t link to get back to the education section in TurboTax. You will be taken to the education section but the exact screen you will land on depends on where you left off. Click through the screens until you get to the Expenses Summary, which will list all students on your return.

In order to change the tuition amounts or add a 1098-T, you will need to click on Edit, next to the name of the student on the screen titled Your Education Expenses Summary.

That will take you to a screen titled Here's Your Education Summary. From this screen, you can edit the tuition amounts by clicking on Edit next to the name of the school. Or, if you need to add another 1098-T, click on the blue link that says Add New School on that page.

Are you sure you are talking about the download version, not the online version? I don't see a "Jump to" anywhere, and the search only gives information that I already know and doesn't take me to anywhere in the application.

The search requires exact wording sometimes to get the "jump to" feature. Type in exactly 1098t. I used my downloaded version. You can also go to Deductions and Credits, scroll down to Education and work your way through until you get to the Education Expenses Summary.
