      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you had no income at all for the entire year, you do not have to file a tax return. Loans are not income.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However, if you received Advance Premium Tax Credit for health insurance that you purchased from the Marketplace, you are required to file a tax return.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
