I will be getting my second reimbursement check from my company for my tuition employment plan. My first check cover the tax free amount of $5,250. I was just looking to find out what the tax rates are for the amount reimbursed after that. My second check will be for the amount of $5,681. What would the tax rate look like?

it depends on your income / tax bracket

google "2019 rax brackets' and look at the table to find your adjusted gross income....there are tables for joint , single and head of household, so be sure to look at the correct table
