If you were enrolled in an undergrad program ("a program that leads to a degree, certificate, or credential") and taking courses as part of a "postsecondary degree program...", then your answer should be "Yes" to both questions 3 & 4.

I see - I'm actually seeing less credits if I check Yes for Q3 (program leading to a degree) vs. No or N/A; how can that be possible? I would think working towards a degree should give more credit.
