How do I get the Tax Credit for attending college if I do not have a Tuition Amount listed on my 1098-T form?

I attended college in the Spring Semester. I dropped one class and owe an amount. I still attended the second course but was dropped halfway through the course because my financial aid did not cover 1 credit course. I am trying to get the tax credit for attending but it says I do not qualify for the credit because I do not have a "Tuition Amount". Can someone help me get this credit? I'm in desperate need!

You can only claim an Education Credit for expenses you actually paid in 2016. It's not a credit for attending, it's for expenses that you pay, either from your own funds or from student loans, etc.
