      <description>&lt;P&gt;The CNA program at a community college would count as an eligible institution for educational expenses/credits. However, if she was 19 or over, and she was a full time student in this program for only 4 months, you would not be able to claim her as a dependent if she had income of $4050 or more.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
