      <description>&lt;P&gt;The repayment of a student loan is not a qualified educational expense for purposes of the exception to the early withdrawal penalty.&amp;nbsp; There are not exceptions to the need to include the withdrawal as taxable income regardless of the use of the funds.&amp;nbsp; The only exceptions relate to the early withdrawal penalty and, as I said above, repayment of student loans does not fall under that exception.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
