IRS, for it to be deductible, your expenses must be for education that&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;1. maintains or
improves your job&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;2. is required by
your employer or law to keep your salary, status, or job.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You will only be
able to deduct your continuing education as &lt;B&gt;Job-Related Expense.
&lt;/B&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In TurboTax, please
do the following:&lt;/P&gt;

     Expenses,&lt;/B&gt; click &lt;B&gt;Show more&lt;/B&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;B&gt;Job Expenses
     for W-2 Income,
     &lt;/B&gt;click &lt;B&gt;Start&lt;/B&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;B&gt;Follow a couple of prompts
     until you see the Job-Related Expenses page, type in your description&lt;/B&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
