You might be able to deduct your flight school costs if the school is an eligible educational institution. To make sure your school is eligible, go to fafsa.gov and verify that it has a Federal School Code. The Lifetime Learning Credit is available to anyone who takes at least one class during the tax year at a qualified post-secondary school.
