Which state? In general, you would enter a 1098-T form...

Which state?

In general, you would enter a 1098-T form for education expenses on your federal return only (under Deductions & Credits). These expenses would be used to figure the tuition and fees deduction or one of the Education credits.

However, some states may offer education incentives also. If yours does, you would see the prompt to enter your education when completing your state taxes.

Comment back with your state and I will see what I can find.
