      <description>&lt;P&gt;One state at a time. Complete the non-resident state return ***FIRST***, and complete your resident state return last. Also, do not file any tax return until you have completed all tax returns and you are satisfied with the results. Otherwise, you could very easily find yourself in a tax hell amending one return after the other.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
