In the Educational Expenses section, you must check that you received the American Opportunity Credit for 4 years, and/or that you have already completed 4 years of school. On the screen Here's Your Education Summary, edit the Education Information. See the screenshot below.

Also see screenshots for where to change your answer to indicate that you've completed 4 years of College credits, and where to show if you've received the American Opportunity Credit in prior years.
