Principal Business Code

I am being asked to enter a principal business code. Every time I enter the value 454390 then click continue, the application blanks my value out. I have tried both entering it in the field above the form and on the form itself. Same result every time. The application blanks the field. What am I doing wrong?

You may have to use the Lookup Business Codes box next to where you are asked to enter the business code and click on a code in the drop down menu provided, as opposed to entering the code directly.

I found that this option was bugged in the application itself. I tried it a few times prior to posting. Clicking the button would only open a window stating "go to form" but do nothing. Moving to the "go to" option, the pop up would disappear. I punted and switched to "Forms" view. Worked like a charm.
