You inventory value at the end of 2018 is not reported on Schedule C of your tax return. Only your cost of goods sold would be reported as a deduction to your income.

If you entered your beginning and ending inventory values, plus the amount of all inventory purchases for the year, then your Cost of Goods sold amount would have been calculated from that information and included on Schedule C.
