We each received $2,100 checks, but I think I only declared one of them. I simply want to check if that is indeed what I did. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you also have a dependent? That would mean $1.400 * 3 = $4,200.

Look at your federal tax return Form 1040 Line 30. If there is an amount entered then you did not report all the stimulus payments you received. Line 30 should be blank (empty)

You can view your Form 1040 at any time using the online editions. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.

Thanks for the help! Yes we have one dependent, and line 30 says $2,100. Do you know if there is a way for me to fix this?

Go back to the stimulus question. It should have asked you if you received $4,200 for the third stimulus then all you needed to do is answer YES.

You can either enter stimulus or recovery rebate credit in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Then click on either Jump to stimulus or Jump to recovery rebate credit.

This all makes sense. The problem is that I already filed. Would I just need to amend my 2021 taxes to fix this?

Well, in this case the IRS already knows the amount stimulus payments sent to you and your spouse. They will adjust your tax return accordingly. If you are still owed a tax refund this may delay the refund by several weeks, maybe longer.

There is no need for you to amend the 2021 tax return.
