No Ownership Change but "Owner percentage worksheet" keeps showing up as error

Hello, been doing taxes with Turbo Tax business for many years, on the error check section, I keep getting error for "Owner percentage worksheet". I have not changed ownership, its only me as an S corp and I imported last years info. I also went back to corp info and at the bottom " Has Ownership changed" I verified its set to "No"..I can't put 100% as its asking for an amount not percentage, no sure what to do..Thanks

This has been an ongoing issue and reported by many users.

If you have the 2020 version of TurboTax Business installed, you can check your 2020 return to see if a K-1 was marked as final or a shareholder was deleted.

Beyond that, you can delete the shareholder and enter the information form that shareholder from scratch.

Hello, I tried both methods mentioned but still have the issue.

I deleted shareholder and filled out form for new Share holder, was asked if "Ownership changed" and answered No.

I installed 2020 version, looked at my last year and neither mentioned applied, Shareholder was there and it was not marked as "Final"

I will contact via chat to see how to fix issue..

FYI, I solved it by just deleting the form, since its only me and I did not add any additional partners or any changes of ownership, to fix the issue, the best solution was to delete the form..
