      <description>&lt;P&gt;A "C" Corporation will need to file a &lt;U&gt;separate tax return for the entity&lt;/U&gt; only (Form 1120).&amp;nbsp; Therefore, it will be a separate return from your personal income tax return.&amp;nbsp; &lt;B&gt;TurboTax Business&lt;/B&gt; is the software to use to create C Corporation tax returns.&amp;nbsp; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;C Corporations are not "pass through" entities, so the corporation will pay the income tax due every year.&amp;nbsp; Shareholders will need to report dividends received in the future on their personal income tax returns.&amp;nbsp; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Per the IRS, unless your corporation is exempt under section 501, &lt;B&gt;all
