Are you using TurboTax Deluxe Desktop (CD/Download) software? If so, try this:

With your return open, click the REVIEW tab, then AUDIT PROTECTION below it.
Select the "No thanks" icon under the offer for Audit Defense and proceed to the next screen.

Please let me know if this has cleared your charge for Audit Defense. Fingers crossed!
