      <description>&lt;P&gt;I assume you mean 2018, although the answer doesn't depend on the year.&amp;nbsp; In your tax filing, you include your W-2 income as wages.&amp;nbsp; Separately but in the same filing, you determine your income and business expenses since you started working for yourself.&amp;nbsp; Those are entered separately, and both are considered part of your income.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
