&lt;P&gt;That simply means that you are not personally liable for repayment (i.e., the loan is nonrecourse).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Assuming you are personally liable for repayment of the loan, your investment is "at risk".&lt;/P&gt;</description>
