Turbo Tax Business 2018: error in converting to pdf.

I've e-filed my Federal returns, however it said my efile is not complete until I print the following forms and send it in? When I selected the button to print, it gave me an error. I don't know which forms are necessary to print and send in now? The forum doesn't specify exactly what forms to re-print and send in?

Go back to print you return and select "Forms required for filing and required worksheets". As for the error, if you got it when you were trying to print, it could be a printer or a computer problem. However, if you got that error when trying to access the pdf file, try downloading a different pdf reader.

The problem is not with saving a complete copy of my returns for my records. The issue is specifically after I've e-filed my Federal Business returns, it takes you to a screen that says "even though you e-filed there are still some paper forms you may need to print to ensure your return is complete." You are to click on the button to print forms, but when I select it, it says that there is an error. I've already tried downloaded a different pdf reader and that didn't solve the issue. Now I don't know what forms I still need to send in and where to send them?
