The Statement A is a statement that should be attached to the K-1 you received.

This statement has the information you need for the Qualified Business Deduction.

If you did not receive the Statement A go back to who prepared the business tax return to get the information.

When you put in the information for your K-1 and indicate the code for the Qualified Business Deduction, as you go through the screens more screens will show up to put in the information you have on your Statement A.
