Form 2160 needs to be deleted, info was entered on Sch C and 2160 is duplicate info. How do I delete it

Click on FORMS in the upper right.

Find Form 2106 in the left-side 'Forms in My Return' and click DELETE at the bottom of the form (see screenshot).
