The form used to calculate Business QBI (Form 8995-A) and the related deduction is not yet available. It is expected to be available on 2/20/2020.

My return is giving me the same error. I see that we are waiting on a subsequent release on February 20, 2020. It has my company name in pink (showing that's where the error is located) under Section D2. Will this be resolved when the update comes out?

Mine is also giving me the same exact error in the same exact lines. I hope this is fixed by the 02/20/20 update.

Forms 8995 and 8995-A, the forms used to to calculate the amount of QBID, are not final yet. TurboTax will update the program after the IRS finalizes their instructions. After that update you should see the QBID on your tax return and you will be able to file.

I continue to have this problem, my software is up to date - does anyone know if the software has actually been updated to handle this problem?

Also, TT is aggregating my husband and my K-1's on the QBI as if they are multiple businesses but it is a single business (LLC) that we are the (only) two partners in - so we both have K-1's but from a single business (same business name and EIN)... Why is it doing this?

I am still getting this exact same error. I just updated the program.

Is there a workaround to manually fill any necessary forms?

How can we take care of this? Or is this something that has to be fixed by Intuiut? If so, when will it be fixed?

We need to file and get our refund!

Here is the latest updates on when the forms will be released by the IRS. Please review this IRS link. for information on the latest updates. Looks like 2/28/2020 for the 8995A form.
