Here's the general procedure for viewing the forms list and deleting unwanted forms, schedules, and worksheets in TurboTax Online:

Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools.
In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet in the list and follow the instructions.

help tells me to go to tax tool and I don't see it on the menu for 2018

If there is a form on your return you would like to remove, follow the steps below:

Login to your TurboTax account

Click Continue Your Return

On the left side of the screen click Tax Tools

Click on Tools

You will see several options to chose from click on delete a form

Scroll through the list until you find the form you want to delete and select delete
