      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for confirming with the VA Schedule A form. I called VA tax in Richmond and the key explanation is that they are de-conforming from the Federal Schedule A.&amp;nbsp; We'll benefit in exceeding the 10K cap on taxes with VA Schedule A.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
