Small Business taxes

I have a small LLC with my husband . Every year I have to do a 1065, and generate K-1 for both of us. I purchased Turbo tax Deluxe for 2018, and did an upgrade to Home and Business $40 dollars, can't seem to see how to do business part. It keeps looping me out of Business part.

You need TurboTax Business to prepare a 1065 for a multi-member LLC.

You can purchase TurboTax Business from Intuit at the link below. Note that TurboTax Business is not available online nor is there a Mac version; it must be installed and run in a Windows environment.

Then I need some refunds!!! I purchased Deluxe 2018, Then I downloaded Home & Business Tax year 2018, and NOW looks like you charged me for Home and Business 2017 WHich I did not NEED!!! I already downloaded HOMe and business 2018, but the rest I did not. Refund my money!!

You need to contact Support (link below) during regular business hours.

However, note that you cannot use TurboTax Business to prepare your personal income tax return (e.g., 1040); the product is only capable of preparing income tax returns for entities.
