topic Form W-9: Part 1 (TIN) in Business & farm

I'm in a multi member LLC and I have established a new business under the same LLC. It's my own business and my partner does not partake in it, so all income goes to me. I'm required to fill out Form W-9. In Part 1 it asks to enter the Social Security Number or the Employer Identification Number. Is it better to enter my SSN since all profits goes to me? I put the DBA for Line 1, which asks for the name.

Are you filling out a W-9 at the request of another party (entity) that is paying you? If so, use your EIN.
