      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please read &lt;A href="https://revenue.louisiana.gov/CorporationIncomeAndFranchiseTaxes" target="_blank"&gt;https://revenue.louisiana.gov/CorporationIncomeAndFranchiseTaxes&lt;/A&gt; and then seek professional help. You can fully expect to be paying late filing penalties and while I can't find anything that tells what the late filing penalties are for LA, you can expect them to be high for a late corporate return. Basically, it will make the cost of professional help seem like a pittance in comparison.&lt;/P&gt;
