Add the information in the K-1 section of the program for Partnerships/LLCs and check the box that inquires as to whether the partnership is a foreign partnership.

Thanks for your reply. This is a foreigner partner. It seems Turbo tax does not support it at all.

the IRS requires that a copy of the 8865 be submitted with your 1040. this and the possible lack of an EIN will prevent e-filing since TT doesn't support this form. using a k-1 as a substitute is feasible but because you are entering data for an unsupported form Turbotax's accuracy guarantee may be void.
