The IRS is pretty much autonymous. Are you expecting any EIC (earned income credit) or ACTC (additional child tax credit)? If so, the IRS will not start releasing those refunds until February 15, which means filers with those types of credits will start seeing refunds around the 27th of February.

You mentioned the Fed being accepted. Was the State accepted, too?

There is no way to pay " to have state come with Federal." That's not an option. The 2 types of refunds come from 2 different tax agencies doing their own thing. If they arrive on the same day, it's just a heckuva coincidence.

You can monitor your Federal refund here:
http://www.irs.gov/Refunds

You can monitor the status of your State refund here:
https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899433-how-do-i-track-my-state-refund

You can use this tool to be sure the Federal and State returns were both accepted:
https://shop.turbotax.intuit.com/efile/efile_status_lookup.jsp
