    <description>&lt;P&gt;My mom died October 27, 2016.&amp;nbsp; Her living revocable trust became an administrative trust with an EIN number.&amp;nbsp; The trust continues to be in effect because their is an active business now owned by 3 siblings still held in the trust.&amp;nbsp; Turbo tax asked if this trust is a grantor trust.&amp;nbsp; It was when set up as a revocable living trust&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
