      <description>&lt;P&gt;It depends on what you need to file for your side business. If you are planning on filing a Schedule C to claim income from your side business, you can use the Deluxe Edition. However, if you are going to use the Schedule C to itemize and claim expenses, you will need the Self-Employed Edition. Because it is your business, you would be considered self employed, even if you have a W-2 from your main employer.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
