You can, but you would need to use TurboTax Desktop software and do so in the Forms mode. You would need to make sure that you did not "override" anything, otherwise you would not be able to e-file and the TurboTax accuracy gurantee would be void. Schedule C, that could be a problem reconstructing without overrides.

Why isn't your CPA finishing up your return for you ??
