The Prior year LLC should have been marked "Final" and if so, nothing needs to be filed.

If you did not mark it Final on the front, just print it and send it in marked Amended and Final otherwise IRS will be contacting you where the LLC is for the current year.

No LLC will need to be filed for 2018.

Just print the return mark Amended and check box Final and attach a statement that the Final box is only change.
