The K-1 is still in your tax file, just carried over from last year to make sure you didn't miss it if it still applied.

You will have to delete it from this year's tax file

After deleting it, log out of the program. When you log back in, use the Delete a Form tool (List of Forms in My Return) to confirm it has been removed from your return.
