To complete the Partnership tax return, Form 1065, and generate the Schedule K-1's you would need to purchase the TurboTax Business Edition. The Business Edition can only be installed on a Windows based personal computer, not on a Mac or online. The Business Edition cannot complete a personal tax return, Form 1040. Go to this TurboTax website for the Business Edition - https://turbotax.intuit.com/small-business-taxes/

For entering rental properties on Schedule E and to report the Schedule K-1 received on a personal tax return, you can use any of the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions for a personal tax return - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/

If, for some reason, you wanted to use the TurboTax online editions for your personal tax return, then you would need to use either the Premier or Self-Employed editions which support Schedule E and Schedule K-1 - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/
