If you are using TurboTax ''Business'' software, you need to start a 'new' tax return from the 'File' menu. Info for personal returns added below.

If you are using TurboTax Business software, you need to start a 'New Tax Return' from the 'File' menu. In TurboTax Online or Home & Biz, do this:

Open your return or sign into your return and click on 'Take me to my return'. Then

type ''line of work'' into the search bar, hit enter
click on ''Jump to line of work''
click on 'Add Another Business' or 'Add Another line of work' depending on what version you use

See images attached. From here, you can set-up your second (or third) business.
