Turbo Tax will walk you through entering information for the Schedule C for your Income and Expenses.

In the Self-Employed Turbo Tax with a Business tab at the top

Go to the Business tab
Click Continue > I'll choose what I work on
Click Start next to Business Income and Expenses
Proceed through the interview to enter your business information, income and expenses.
