My first question did not go through and I am posting again.

I tried to file extension of partnership f1065 return using TurboTax business. However, TurboTax business indicated "For calendar year filers, this extension gives you until March 15, 2019 to file your return" (see attachment). The extension date should be until 9/15/2019, not 3/15/2019. Is this error or should I wait until last minutes to file extension?

I have reported this to management and it is being review...

I have reported this to management and it is being reviewed. Obviously, it is not the correct information and should be 9/15. TurboTax will most likely include a fix in a coming update.

However, Form 7004 does not specifically state the extended due date, so you should be able to still file the extension and have it accepted by the IRS.
